Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Affiliate Call Supply Agreement

By participating in the LeadBank affiliate program, you agree to submit compliant marketing content, maintain accurate tracking, and follow platform policies. All submissions must align with applicable advertising rules.

LeadBank may suspend or terminate participation for non-compliant traffic or fraudulent submissions. Affiliates are responsible for any fees, penalties, or legal consequences arising from non-compliant campaigns.

Effective participation requires transparent reporting, valid lead delivery, and cooperation with audits. LeadBank reserves the right to withhold payments for invalid or duplicate leads.

Termination may be initiated by either party with 30 days written notice, subject to settlement of outstanding balances and valid leads.

Terms of Service

LeadBank provides lead distribution services subject to the policies and service terms defined in this agreement. Affiliates must use approved traffic sources and maintain valid disclosure practices.

Marketing must not use deceptive or misleading claims, and landing pages must clearly state how leads are collected and used. Affiliates must maintain privacy policies and respect consumer rights.

Disputes are resolved through good-faith negotiation or arbitration if required. LeadBank is not liable for third-party platform policy enforcement or fines arising from an affiliate's actions.

By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that consent, recordkeeping, and communication permissions are required to process and verify your application.
