2. No Endorsement or Guarantee

All Pros listed or connected through the Site are independent contractors. FixyHomes does not employ, warrant, or guarantee the work performed by any Pro, and does not endorse or recommend any particular Pro. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that any hired professional holds the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed.

3. No Professional Advice

Any information displayed or provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only. The Site does not provide legal, business, financial, or tax advice, and nothing on the Site should be construed as such.

4. Submitting a Request

By submitting a quote request through the Site, you consent to be contacted by FixyHomes and/or matched Pros via phone, email, or text message regarding your request, even if your number is registered on a Do Not Call list.

5. No Contractual Relationship

Your use of the Site or submission of a request does not create, and is not intended to create, a contract for representation or a contractor-client relationship between you and FixyHomes or any Pro listed on the Site.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation

7. Limitation of Liability

FixyHomes shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or your interactions with any Pro, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
